Every Monday starting May 5, 6:00 P.M.: Altitude Running’s first group run will be May 5th at 6:00 P.M. at Altitude Running (150 E Harmony Road Unit 2C). Each week the run will vary but will typically be between 4-6 miles. All paces are welcome, no one will be left behind!
May 12, the group run will be with Hoka. There will be free food, giveaways and the opportunity to demo Hoka shoes!
May 15, 6:00 pm: Altitude Running will be hosting an injury prevention clinic with Tracy Lyon at Momentum Physical Therapy. Learn about common running injuries and exercises you can do to prevent them. Come ready with questions!
June 7: Altitude’s 2nd Annual Unleash the Beast 5K will be June 7th at Fossil Creek Park. Individuals can register for this event at Altitude Running or online at www.unleashthebeast5k.com. There will be great raffle prizes and the top three overall male and female finishers will win a free pair of running shoes! Part of this year’s proceeds will benefit Girls on the Run of the Rockies, a nonprofit organization that creatively integrates running with a fun, experience-based curriculum to inspire girls between the ages of 8-13 to be joyful, healthy and confident. So whether you are a beginner, a pro or somewhere in between, join Altitude for an opportunity to have fun, benefit a good cause, and unleash your inner beast!

Every Wednesday, 6:00 P.M.: Runners Roost hosts a Wednesday night run club at 6:00pm. Runners run from the store with the exception of the last Wednesday of the month we meet at Coopersmith’s for our pub run. The runs are 3-6 miles; all paces welcome! Runners Roost also started a Run Club Rewards Program. There are rewards for runners that attend on a more frequent basis.
The group runs are also held with special vendors on hand with demo shoes and gear to try out on the run. Here is the upcoming schedule:
