Marathon Training Program

Duration: 13 weeks, late June-late September

Target Race(s): Longview Marathon/Fall Equinox Marathon/Cheyenne Marathon/Windsor Marathon, any other fall marathon

Location: Jessup Farm

Program Cost: Free for members/$10 for non-members. *Members: find your discount code in the weekly newsletter 

Pre-requisite: Runners should be able to comfortably run 25 miles per week and a long run of 12 miles. All paces are welcome and you will be assigned paces based on your personal ability.
