Have you ever wanted to run a mile but not sure what to do, not sure how to train? Are you a great walker but now want to run? Do you need motivation? Join the FCRC for the new Run Your First Mile! program.
This is a free program and is open to both FCRC and non-FCRC members — invite your friends to join!
The program begins on Tuesday, 5/24 and meets weekly at 6:00pm at Tuesday Night Track. It will conclude on a Thursday (6/23) with a track meet so you can Run Your First Mile!
