Cold Weather Running

We received some great info about cold weather running from FCRC members! Thanks to everybody who told us about what you do on low-temp days. Some of the info that stood out:
Lowest temp run in: -26F with wind chill, -22F without the wind
Coldest places run: Laramie and Gunnison, respectively to temps above
Lowest temp to not workout outside: -20
Most popular thing to do when it’s too cold to work out outside: Take a rest day!
