Marathon Training Program

FCRC will once again be offering a Marathon Training program this year. It will kick off in late June and run until fall. Details are below. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Duration: 13 weeks, June 25th-September 24th (Saturdays). The holiday weekend of July 4th will be skipped for a group run.

Target Race(s): Longview Marathon/Fall Equinox Marathon/Cheyenne Marathon/Windsor Marathon, any other fall marathon

Location: Spring Canyon Dog Park

Program Cost: $40 FCRC member*/$50 non-FCRC members (includes program specific shirt and individualized coaching/paces). *Members: find your discount code in the weekly newsletter or by clicking here (must be logged in)

Pre-requisite: Runners should be able to comfortably run 25 miles per week and a long run of 12 miles. All paces are welcome and you will be assigned paces based on your personal ability.
