On every Tuesday night from September 9-October 21, Rebound Sports & Physical Therapy will be hosting a runners exercise program.
It is “an exercise class for runners that will focus on activating and strengthening the proper musculature in order to prevent injuries and improve running efficiency. Each week’s class will progress to higher level activities by focusing on a new element of running such as a proper warm-up, strengthening routine, and cool-down. This progressive course is structured and led by a skilled Physical Therapist who is also an avid runner.”
