A note from Connie about tomorrow’s 5k (Sunday, November 4). See you out there!
Boy, did this month go by fast!! Almost time for the next Tortoise and Hare. This time it’s a 5K at 8AM on Sunday, November 4th at Warren Park. Once again, if you plan to attend and have never run a T&H before or at least not in the past 2 seasons AND you didn’t send me your predicted time before the last T&H, please respond with either your predicted minute per mile pace or your predicted 5K time.
Also, don’t forget to move your clocks badk an hour so you don’t arrive an hour early!!
