The next Tortoise & Hare race is the Edora Park 8k (5 miles) on Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Unfortunately, registration is closed. It opens three weeks before a race and closes at noon two days before the race.
There is no race-day registration. This is because we have so many runners at different computer-generated start times that race-day registration would make things too chaotic for our volunteers.
If you have already registered, you can find your start time by doing a keyword search of your email for “wave information”—this message should have arrived shortly after you signed up. Alternatively, you can check your start time on the RunSignup page for the race.
