On a morning that—at 8 degrees Fahrenheit—was only 3F warmer than December’s Tortoise & Hare race, 28 intrepid runners came out to brave the elements.

One Colorado Girl who even shed her jacket before commencing the run was Maureen Hyde. That was probably a good decision, because she ended up winning the race!
