Running U Training Groups

 

Running U is Fort Collins Running Club’s training program. We currently we have 2 sessions of Running U. Both are focused on getting you race day ready. Sessions include a beginning and intermediate training plan, weekly group runs, mentors and periodic informational talks. Running U sessions are free for all Fort Collins Running Club members.
