Add a new family member to your membership (only the Family Head may sign up a new member)

Family Membership Renewal
People part of the same household qualify for a family membership; the “family head” signs all of them up at once. In the box, please enter the total amount of people in the family/household.
Example: husband & wife = 2; husband, wife, 2 kids = 4.
If your family membership is up for renewal or has expired use this option to renew for 1 year.
