Carlos, the 4-Mile Thanksgiving Day Run attracts a lot of elite runners and is one of the most prestigious of the shorter running events in Northern Colorado, perhaps due to its prize money (a $1500 purse distributed 5 deep). I’d suggest starting out with that. Good luck!
