WEEKLY TRAINING RUNS:


Wednesdays   Runners Roost - different locations each week
                       4 to 6 miles low key...call store: 224-9114

Thursday    6:30 PM Cottonwood Glen Park (south end of Overland Trail).  Running 4-7 miles on the bike trail or in Pineridge.  Thursday night runs are also low key with a few runners showing up.
