FCRC Mission Statement:
The mission of the Fort Collins Running Club is to promote running in Fort Collins and the surrounding area by:
1. Providing an enjoyable and positive running atmosphere.
2. Providing competitive and participatory events for runners of all abilities and interests.
3. Promoting the healthful benefits, both physical and mental, that running can provide.
Club Beneficiaries:
Funds generated by club dues and proceeds from the Horsetooth Half Marathon, and FireKracker 5K have helped local organizations. The club has donated more than $4,000 to the following groups in 2009:

Adopt A Trail:
The club has sponsored a section of the Poudre Trail for the last few years. This 1/4 mile section runs from College Avenue east to Linden Street. We encourage all members to help with cleanup along this section whenever they are in the area.
